Fixings
Rice (white or any caring you like)
Ketchup
Olive oil
Salt + Pepper
Turmeric , Saffron, Cardamon, Bay Leaves
Nutmeg, Allspice, + Cinnamon
Ground Lamb + Ground Beef
Chicken (drumsticks, thighs, and bosom)
Peas and carrots
Almonds
Yogurt (plain)
Directions
Take your rice and make saffron rice. A touch of saffron, cardamon, and inlet leaves to taste.
The chicken ought to be heated in the stove with no spread with a blend of ketchup, olive oil, and turmeric until done.
Blend and cook the ground sheep and meat with salt and pepper, including some nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon.
Heat up the peas and carrots independently.
Prepare the almonds in the broiler or fry them on the stove top with olive oil or ghee.
Make it look pleasant like the photographs and include some yogurt the side. I was shocked how well it went with the yogurt, a mellow offset with all the flavors in the dish.
